Our Apprentice of the Month Award is an opportunity for the spotlight to shine on one of our current apprentices who has worked hard, accomplished, applied themselves or has achieved something fantastic whilst on programme. This is an opportunity to celebrate apprenticeships and their value, not only for the learner but also for the employer and the business they work within. In order to be awarded Apprentice of the Month, learners can be nominated by their TDM coach, other TDM members of staff who have come into contact with the apprentice and also from their mentor, employer or colleagues they work along side.
Our Apprentice of the Month Award for September goes to Lydia Pullar from Creative Field. Lydia is currently on her Level 3 Digital Marketer Apprenticeship. Lydia's nomination came through her Apprenticeship Coach, Mel, who wanted to celebrate Lydia's "strong work ethic" and the brilliant attitude she has towards her apprenticeship as a whole.
"Lydia has started out at Creative Field with such a strong, productive work ethic and is already playing a vital role in the marketing strategy for the business.""She has only been in her placement for a few months but is already working towards direct client work and her impact on the business is already showing!""Lydia just has such a fantastic attitude towards upskilling on the job and is genuinely enjoying the apprenticeship and her workplace, so I think she really deserves it!"
